Hi Reuben and Barb, So sorry about your loss, but you certainly have done quite a job with the website as well as the memorial park. I didn't know your daughter, but she sure seems like quite the young lady. Take care of yourselves. I am sure Johanna is honored in what you have done in her memory.

I love the web site you have made for your daughter. I didn't know her, I went to school with Michael, and back in 2003, Barb was there when the doctor wasn't when my daughter was born. Just seeing all the pictures of Jo and her family, I can't help but to feel great sadness. As anyone can see, this is such a beautiful family. Jo was and is a beautiful person, you can see that just by looking at her picture. It was such a tragedy, but this Kids Day Spa, I know it will keep her memory alive. It's a great thing in what you're doing, I know she would have loved this.

Barb and Reuben, Although we never knew Johanna or either of you before her accident, we have become good friends since. Our support group has been a godsend to us all...we know the pain you feel because we lost our precious son Ryan. I am sure Ryan has met this beautiful girl and they have had good times already. Someday we will hear the details...until then, may they enjoy themselves and be our guardian angels...there's so many of these young angels in that Special Place already...our loss but Heaven's gain! Our lives have changed forever but we were so blessed to have children who were so special and so loved by all who knew them. Take care and know you are not alone in your pain. Love John and Shirley

Barb and Reuben...Ron and I were down sunday and drop by to see this wonderful place we have heard so much about...It's so beaufiful, just like Jojo...Young Ron speaks of her often when he and I are sitting together talking...We will be down that way again before the weather gets to cold to ride and stop in for a cup of tea...

Reuben and Barb. Beautiful job on the site. I believe that your daughter was put on this earth to make an impression on people and to change their lives. I celebrated this past New Year in Garnish and there was certain emptiness without Johanna there. She will be forever thought about and missed. I'll never forget the Christmas that Johanna, Joanie, Stephanie, Sabrina and I all exchanged gifts and ordered Chinese food for lunch. She was so excited to give us our gifts and to know we liked them. Your daughter was a beautiful, smart and talented person, I believe that god took her because he needed her for things that only she could achieve. My heart and my prayers are always with you and Johanna.

I'd just like to say that you have done an amazing job with the website. I graduated with Johanna, and although I didn't know her that well, I'll never forget her. I remember, once, in art class, we had to draw portraits of people. Johanna seen the one that I had done of my friend Sarah and she was determined to get me to draw one of her because she thought I did such a good job on Sarahs. I drew her picture. I told her that I had to fix it up, do some more shading. I took it home, fixed it up and I had meant to give it to her but I forgot. It still sits in my art portfolio at home. I also remember I went to the village last may (05). I was walking passed where Johanna worked and she ran out to me saying "Matthew! How are ya!?" haha. She was so full of life. May you continue to heal, knowing that she is always with you.

You have done such an amazing job with this memorial site. Being part of the spa project this pass weekend, has shown me the support you guys have behind you. Though you suffer more than any of us will ever know, I do hope seeing this kind of support will at the very least help you all to copy a little easier. May God, through the works of his people, continue to bless all of you.
